On the afternoon of May 10th, PwC Students' Career Development Program Seminar started in the expectation of students. President Sun Qi attended the seminar and delivered a speech. Meanwhile, Senior Manager at PwC Mr. Michael Lowndes and Manager, Financial Advisory at PwC Mr. Sasha Lawrence introduced accounting and related professional industry status, outlook and PwC internship program.
The project is a great opportunity to experience PwC's core business directly. At the seminar, the two executives taught the students the theoretical knowledge they learned in class and skills to workplace.
In Q&A session,several students from school of international education asked questions in English, “What kind of talent does PwC need?” What do I need to do if I want to go to work?” “What preparations do I need?” and so on. A junior college student majoring in accounting (Sino-Australia cooperative program) Ding Changxu got a response from Mr. Sasha, “In addition to improving your professional level, take advantage of your strengths, and do your best.”
